Hashtags

Ranked by frequency, not by movement. Every video has exactly one observation, so “rising” cannot be computed at all. A frequency list labelled as a trend would be the most misleading thing this page could show.

80,320 distinct hashtags across 731,001 attachments on 216,616 posts. That is 33.5% of the 647,032 in the corpus, but 76.5% of the 282,988 posts that carry a caption at all. The second is the number to read: 56.3% of videos have an empty caption upstream, and a post with no caption can carry no hashtag, so the ceiling is set by caption presence rather than by tagging habits. Shares below use posts-with-hashtags as the denominator.
