Ingrediente: Ciocolată albă 33-35%-160g Frișcă 33%- 210g Vanilie-5g Pastă de fistic -40g Glucoza -10g Mod de preparare: 1. Pune ciocolata într-un vas înalt / pahar gradat, astfel încât să fie comod de mixat cu blenderul. 2. Frișca împreună cu glucoza și vanilia se pune la foc și se încălzește până la 80*C 3. Peste ciocolată adăugăm frișca fierbinte și lasă să stea 1 min Mixează cu blenderul ținut ușor înclinat, pentru a încorpora cât mai puțin aer. 4.Adaugă pasta, omogenizează și mai mixează puțin. Transferă ganache-ul gata într-un recipient jos și larg , acoperă cu folie alimentară în contact și pune la frigider pentru stabilizare pentru câteva ore, ai grijă ca ganache-ul să nu devină prea tare.#recipemacarons #macarons #ganachedechocolate #fistik #macaronslover
