Ruladă de pui cu legume la cuptor 🍗✨ Ingrediente: * piept de pui * gogoșar * ceapă * unt ghee * cașcaval mozzarella ras * pătrunjel * ou * maioneză * sos de soia  Mod de preparare: Se taie fileul de pui în jumătate și se bate ușor, apoi se condimentează cu sare, piper, usturoi și suc de lămâie. Se lasă pentru scurt timp la marinat. Într-o tigaie cu unt ghee se prăjesc ceapa și gogoșarul. Când sunt gata, se scot și se lasă la răcit. Într-un bol separat se pune cașcavalul ras și pătrunjelul tocat. Apoi se adaugă legumele prăjite și se amestecă bine. Se formează ruladele și se așază într-o tavă. Cașcavalul ras rămas se amestecă cu un ou, maioneză și sos de soia. Cu acest sos se ung ruladele. Se dau la cuptor la 180°C pentru aproximativ 30 de minute. Poftă bună 😋 #recomendation #rec #fyp
