Biscuiți sfărâmicioși cu dulceață @ARISTON PREMIUM GREEK OIL Ingrediente: 2 oua 50 g ulei de măsline @ariston_greek_oil 50 g unt coajă de lămâie 10 g praf de copt 300 g făină 150 g dulceață ❗️Toate ingredientele trebuie sa fie la temperatura. Mod de preparare: Într-un bol amestec ouăle, zahărul si uleiul apoi adaug praful de copt si untul. Frământ doar cat sa încorporez toate ingredientele, las aluatul in frigider pentru 20 minute. Întind aluatul, il tai fâșii si pun dulceața, formez biscuiții apoi ii transfer in tava de copt. Coc in cuptorul preîncălzit la 180 grade, timp de 25 minute.
