Năut cu legume la tigaie 🥘 Ingrediente: - 500 g năut fiert; - 1 ceapă mare; - 2-3 linguri ulei; - 50 g sos de roșii; - 5 cartofi; - 2 morcovi; - 250 ml apă; - condimente: sare, piper, boia de ardei dulce, frunze de dafin; - 2 căței de usturoi. Mod de preparare: Călesc ceapa cateva minute după care pun restul legumelor, condimentele și apa. Acopăr cu un capac si las la foc mic 30 minute, la final asezonez cu verdeață si usturoi.
