Prăjitură cu vișine 🍒 Ingrediente: Aluat: 230 g făină 110 g unt 1 ou 50 g zahăr pudră 2 linguri smântână 1 linguriță praf de copt Umplutura: 400 g vișine fără sâmbure 2 linguri amidon de porumb 70 g zahăr Mod de preparare: Într-un bol pun făină si untul rece, amestec până obțin o compoziție nisipoasă apoi adaug oul, smântâna, praful de copt si zahărul pudră. Frământ doar cat sa încorporez toate ingredientele. Lasa aluatul în frigider pentru 20 minute. Pentru umplutură amestec toate ingredientele si fierb cateva minute amestecând continuu, pana se îngroașă. Întind cu sucitorul, pun umplutura, pliez marginile si ung cu gălbenuș bătut. Coc in cuptorul preîncălzit la 180 grade timp de 30-35 minute.
